We are excited to invite you to volunteer as a mentor in our new CasheWomen Mentorship Initiative. This initiative is designed to connect seasoned professionals like you with emerging women leaders who are eager to grow, learn, and excel within the cashew industry.

As a mentor, you will have the unique opportunity to inspire and guide the next generation of women in the sector. Your invaluable expertise and support can help these mentees overcome challenges, build their capacities, and achieve their professional goals. This program spans six months, during which you will engage with mentees through meaningful mentorship activities, including knowledge sharing, skills development, and career guidance. At the end of the program, we will conduct an evaluation with you to identify new opportunities and areas to further support the growth of women in the cashew sector.
