NOTICE OF CALL FOR EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST

As part of the implementation of phase 2 of the RSA-CICC project, contract n°81318784, the Consultative International Cashew Council (CICC) is considering the implementation of   the activities of its Regional Statistical Pool dedicated to the cashew sector. This initiative aims to harmonize, produce and disseminate reliable statistical data at the regional level.

 

To this end, the CICC plans to set up an integrated web platform, covering the entire data life cycle, including: collection, validation, analysis and dissemination.

The main objective of this tool is to provide the CICC with an efficient regional digital statistical system, capable of effectively supporting the development of the cashew sector.

 

The platform will make it possible to:

•        the digitalization of statistical data management;

•        the harmonization of regional indicators;

•        capacity building of member countries;

•        the structuring and dissemination of statistical data.

 

In this context, CICC is launching a call for applications for the recruitment of a firm in charge of the implementation of the digital statistical tool of the CICC .

Interested firms can obtain the Tender Documents (RFP) and the Terms of Reference (ToR) by sending a request by email to the address relationspubliques@ciccashew.org specifying in the subject line: "Request for DAO and ToR – Recruitment of a firm for the implementation of the digital statistical tool of the CICC Statistical Pool", from Tuesday 05 May 2026 to Thursday 04 June 2026,  from 09 a.m. to 5 p.m. GMT.

Offers, written in French or English, must be sent exclusively electronically to the address procurement@ciccashew.org no later than Friday, June 05, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. GMT (closing time) with the subject line: "Proposal for an offer as part of the Recruitment of a firm for the implementation of the digital statistical tool of the CICC Statistical Pool".
