MOVE (The Market-Oriented Value Chains for Jobs and Growth in the ECOWAS region) is a GIZ project that seeks to promote market-oriented value chains to create jobs and income in the ECOWAS region.

One of MOVE's objectives is to increase the demand for regional products. As such, MOVE has supported two local companies to develop new cashew and rice products to increase the supply and demand for regional products. These products developed are not only innovations for the companies but also show the different possibilities of creating products using cashew derivatives.

It is in this perspective that a presentation and tasting of different cashew-based products took place on Thursday, December 15, 2022 at the office of GIZ/MOVE (Angré 7eme Tranche, Abidjan).

This tasting also allowed other local companies in the sector to exhibit and promote their cashew products.

It was a moment of joy and sharing between the actors of the value chains and the public who came to appreciate and discover these products.
